COVID-19 Update - Impacts to business operations
Dallas Curb Painting remains open to provide Residential Curb Address Painting and Commercial Fire Lane and Safety Marking services
In accordance with the recent court orders in our operating areas of Dallas, Collin, and Tarrant counties beginning on March 23, 2020, and continuing until further notice, we will continue to provide curb address painting to the community with modified processes to ensure we are in compliance with court order provisions as noted here.
Two of our core services noted below fit within the category of essential businesses as defined within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce Memorandum dated March 19, 2020. The provisions of the shelter in home court orders allow for Dallas Curb Painting to serve residential and commercial customers to perform pavement markings for essential infrastructure services for transportation, safety, emergency services, and logistics/delivery of essential products.

Our business activities have been modified In accordance with federal and local health guidelines, including operating with social distancing and not engaging in group interactions. We will leverage technology to minimize or eliminate physical interactions whenever possible.
As a result, we will only be accepting payment made using credit/debit cards through online payments at this time. On an exception basis and when arranged accordingly, we will also allow payment via check if it is placed under a doormat to our attention.
We do not perform any door-to-door soliciting, and will continue exclusively taking orders remotely using our website and phone/email/text interactions, and will use email and text to confirm design specifications and provide invoices for online payment, We will also provide verification of work by sending pics via email when work is completed. We will operate according to guidelines for social distancing in any customer interactions.
We do not believe that operating safely following these processes will have any negative impact on the quality or timeliness of our services. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience.
